David Sileven
Mr. David Sileven has
twenty-five years of experience in software development and
technology working with business and IT organizations to be more
effective through improvements to their strategies,
organizations, people, processes and technology. His primary
areas of expertise are operational and strategic initiatives
management, enterprise architecture for service and technology
companies and leading in the development and operations of IT
governance.
He has extensive experience in
the telecommunications, health care industries, along with
high-tech manufacturing, software and financial services. Mr. Sileven has served in leadership capacities at Sprint, Ericsson, Via
Christi Medical Center and multiple IT consulting companies over the
last ten years. He co-founded Armstrong Sileven and Associates in
2000. He then founded Morning Star Resources in 2001 and merged
with We Think Technology in 2005 where he now serves as the Senior
Partner over all operations.
Mr. Sileven serves
on the board of the Home School Athletic Association supporting
youth athletics among home schooled children.Mary Ann Haskett
Mary Ann
Haskett has over twenty years of experience in program/project
management, Web/E-Commerce design and management, process
improvement and redesign, sales force automation, organizational
change management, and client communications.
Mary Ann has
extensive experience in assessing business requirements, developing
solutions, communicating recommendations, and facilitating
technology-enabled implementations. She is a seasoned facilitator
for business process re-engineering and has held key project
leadership roles on projects in the fields of finance, energy
utilities, and manufacturing.
